Opis izdelka
The OPSIS AR500 Analyzer is the central unit of an OPSIS system designed for ambient air quality and fence-line monitoring. The system receives light signals from one or multiple optical monitoring paths via fiber optic cables and provides measurement data through the OPSIS software for analysis and visualization.
The analyzer features a high-performance spectrometer that converts incoming light into digital signals and analyzes them using the integrated computer system. The software contains spectrographic “fingerprints” for numerous predefined compounds. By applying the Beer-Lambert law, the system identifies and measures these substances based on the absorption patterns in the transmitted light spectrum.
To ensure high measurement quality, the OPSIS system continuously calculates error margins for each measured value while simultaneously monitoring the intensity of the received light. This enables both automatic data validation and system verification.
The OPSIS system is fully modular and can be expanded or upgraded at any time. As standard, the analyzer includes interfaces for a multiplexer to manage multiple monitoring paths and for a data logger to integrate external signals such as meteorological sensor data. In addition, the system is prepared for the integration of automatic calibration devices.
Communication interfaces allow data transmission via modem, LAN, or internet connection. In many cases, extending the system to monitor additional gases only requires a simple software upgrade.
