The Vaisala DMT132 is a cost-effective solution for dew point monitoring in refrigerated dryers. It has been specifically developed for OEM manufacturers and industrial compressed air applications.
By measuring directly in the airflow, the device provides reliable and precise readings that help optimize dryer performance while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
The transmitter operates within a dew point range of −30 to +50 °C and achieves a high accuracy of ±1 °C in the typical operating range of −3 to +20 °C.
Equipped with Vaisala HUMICAP® technology, the sensor is resistant to compressor oil and many chemicals, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
Installation is quick and easy via a G1/2" ISO threaded connection, and the sensor is ready for operation within seconds. An optional LED warning plug provides an instant alert when preset limits are exceeded.
