The DustTrak™ II 8530EP is a stationary aerosol monitor designed for continuous real-time measurement of dust, smoke, fumes, and mist.
The instrument is specifically developed for 24/7 outdoor monitoring, construction site monitoring, and environmental applications, featuring an energy-efficient external pump for long-term measurements.
With advanced laser photometer technology, data logging, touchscreen display, Ethernet connectivity, and optional weather protection housing, the monitor is ideal for industrial facilities, environmental monitoring, emissions monitoring, and occupational safety applications.

The DustTrak™ II 8530EP uses a 90° light-scattering laser photometer for real-time aerosol concentration measurements.
The device measures particulate concentrations from 0.001 to 400 mg/m³ with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 10 μm.
The monitor supports PM1, PM2.5, PM4 (respirable), and PM10 measurements using interchangeable impactors and inlet conditioners.
Its external pump enables continuous long-term monitoring with adjustable flow rates from 1.4 to 3.0 l/min.
The instrument features an integrated data logger, USB and Ethernet interfaces, STEL alarm functions, and analog alarm/data outputs for remote monitoring systems.
An integrated sheath air system protects the optics from contamination, reducing maintenance requirements and minimizing zero drift.
Optional accessories include an Auto-Zero Module, a heated sample inlet, and the DustTrak™ Environmental Enclosure 8535 for demanding outdoor environments.
