The EX DELTA II series is a high-performance vortex flowmeter designed for the precise measurement of liquids, gases, and steam. By combining a triangular bluff body with a piezoelectric sensor, the system achieves high measurement accuracy and reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions.
The device features a robust and maintenance-friendly design with only a few sealing points. Its replaceable sensorallows maintenance and service work to be carried out without interrupting the process flow.
Thanks to its optimized construction, the EX DELTA II generates low pressure loss, helping to reduce energy consumption and installation space requirements. The device also includes a large digital display for showing flow values, totalizers, and alarm notifications.
The flowmeter can be installed both horizontally and vertically, providing flexible integration into a wide range of industrial applications.
In addition, the EX DELTA II series is available with battery operation, offering a service life of up to 7 years. Optional explosion-proof versions are also available for hazardous environments.

The EX DELTA II operates within a temperature range of −30 °C to +460 °C. On request, applications down to −196 °Care also possible. In the explosion-proof version, the operating range is −196 °C to +420 °C.
The device is available as a fixed installation model in nominal sizes from DN 15 to DN 300 mm. Insertion and hot-tap versions are available for nominal sizes from DN 200 to DN 2000 mm.
The hot-tap version allows maintenance and inspection without interrupting the flow process, significantly reducing downtime and installation costs.
The integrated converter includes a digital display for flow values, totalizers, and alarm indications.
The system can operate either with an external power supply or by battery operation. In continuous operation, the battery can provide a service life of up to 7 years.
Remote mounting of the converter is possible up to 200 m, or up to 50 m in battery-powered operation.
