The FA(R) DI ZG30 vane wheel measuring tube is designed for precise stationary flow measurement of gases and liquids in industrial applications. The measuring tube is available with internal diameters of 25, 40, 50, 80, 100, 150, and 200 mm and features a robust housing with flange connections on both sides.
The system can be supplied either with an integrated UFA transmitter or for connection to a separate evaluation unit. The probe is made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability and long service life even in demanding environments.
The FA(R) DI ZG30 is suitable for measuring operating volume flow in clean gases and can also be used temporarily in particle-laden media. An optional flow direction detection feature is available for advanced process monitoring applications.
Signal processing can be performed using the integrated or separate UFA transmitter, the flowtherm NT handheld device, the flowtherm Ex, or compatible system units.
Tehnične specifikacije
The FA(R) DI ZG30 covers measuring ranges from ±0.5 l/min to ±10,000 m³/h in air and gases, and from ±1.2 l/min to ±590 l/min in water and liquids.
Pressure resistance is rated up to 10 bar or 1 MPa overpressure. The allowable media temperature range is -40 °C to +370 °C.
The device is suitable for applications involving air, gases, gas mixtures, water, and liquids.
The connection housing meets IP65 protection class, while the sensor with integrated vane wheel is rated to IP68.
An optional explosion-proof version is available according to ATEX Category 2G for Zone 1 applications.
Available sensor outputs include a 4–20 mA analog output, limit value outputs, a pulse output, and an RS232 interface when using the integrated UFA transmitter.
