The Giussani LLP40 is a compact and portable calibration hand pump designed for the precise generation of pressure and vacuum for testing, adjustment, and calibration of both mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments. The device is ideal for mobile on-site applications but can also be used in laboratories and workshops.
Thanks to its lightweight and durable design, the LLP40 enables easy and accurate pressure generation up to 40 bar and vacuum generation down to -0.95 bar. The integrated fine adjustment valve technology ensures highly precise pressure control during comparison measurements.
Reference instruments are connected directly to the top of the pump, while the device under test is connected via a flexible hose. Due to its compact construction and simple operation, the LLP40 is perfectly suited for service, maintenance, and calibration applications in industrial and instrumentation environments.

The Giussani LLP40 is a pneumatic calibration hand pump with a pressure range from 0 to 40 bar or 0 to 580 psi. In addition, the device can generate a vacuum down to -0.95 bar.
The pump features a 1/2" BSP connection for reference instruments and a 1/4" BSP connection for the test hose. Materials used in construction include anodized aluminum, brass, and ABS.
The displacement volume per stroke is approximately 11 cm³. For precise pressure adjustments, the pump is equipped with a fine adjustment valve. Dimensions are approximately 220 x 105 x 63 mm, with a weight of around 510 g.
The standard delivery includes the LLP40 hand pump, a 0.5 m connection hose with 1/4" BSP fitting, and an instruction manual. Optional accessories include adapter kits, carrying cases, and reference pressure gauges.
