The MGP241 acts as a 2-in-1 measuring probe, simultaneously measuring carbon dioxide (CO₂) and humidity (H₂O vapor) under demanding conditions. It supports measurements in vol.%, ppm, or alternatively dew point (Td) and frost point (Tf).
Using patented CARBOCAP® infrared technology, the device can simultaneously detect multiple gases, unlike conventional NDIR systems. This enables automatic compensation for sensor drift, aging, and cross-sensitivity, eliminating the need for routine calibration gases.
The probe performs continuous in-process measurements without requiring gas drying or sample preparation, simplifying installation and reducing system complexity. With a fast measurement cycle of only seconds, it provides real-time data for process control and monitoring.
Integrated temperature and pressure compensation algorithms ensure high measurement stability and accuracyacross a wide range of operating conditions.
