Opis izdelka
The PartSens 4.0 is a portable measurement system with a wireless sensor head designed for the fast and direct detection of particulate contamination on surfaces. Its mobile design and intuitive operation make it an ideal solution for companies that need to ensure clean surfaces in production and quality control environments.
The advanced PartSens+ 4.0 model additionally enables differentiation of particle sizes as well as distinction between metallic and non-metallic particles and fibers, allowing for a detailed surface contamination analysis.
The system uses oblique light (scattered light) technology according to ISO 14644-9, ensuring highly accurate and reproducible measurement results. Compared to conventional methods, it eliminates the need for complex sampling (e.g., vacuum extraction), subjective microscopy, or multi-step analysis procedures, reducing both time and potential errors.
Measurement results, including a live image, are transmitted wirelessly and displayed instantly on the device, enabling immediate evaluation. Data can be stored internally and optionally exported or printed via an external printer for documentation and comparison.
A key advantage of the PartSens+ 4.0 is its ability to detect particle type, position, orientation, and morphology. The system is suitable for use on a wide range of surface materials such as stainless steel, silicon, glass, and plastics.
