The compact differential pressure transmitter is a versatile and space-saving device designed for measuring positive, negative, and asymmetric differential pressure. It is especially suitable for filter and pressure monitoring in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The device supports ± measuring ranges as well as asymmetric ranges and can be configured with either fixed measuring ranges or optionally switchable ranges (via DIP switches). Its design allows installation on a DIN rail or wall mounting, providing flexible integration options.

A key advantage is the selectable output signal (0/2–10 V, 0/4–20 mA, or 0–5 V), enabling compatibility with various control systems. The zero-point adjustment via an external signal reduces maintenance effort and ensures reliable operation.

Additionally, an optional adjustable limit switch allows direct connection of fans or signal devices, eliminating the need for extra circuitry. The electrical connection is provided via an M16 cable gland as standard, with an optional 4-pin M12 connector (A-coded) available.

Tehnične specifikacije

The transmitter covers measuring ranges from 50 Pa up to 10 kPa, including optional switchable and ± ranges for maximum flexibility. The measurement accuracy is ±2% FS (≥ 100 Pa) and ±3% FS (< 100 Pa).

Available output signals include 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 2–10 V, 0–20 mA, and 4–20 mA, all of which are configurable via DIP switches.

An optional 3½-digit LC display allows direct on-site reading of values. With a protection rating of IP65, the device is resistant to dust and water jets, making it suitable for demanding environments.

Standard pressure connections (4 and 6 mm hose fittings) are included, with optional push-in fittings available upon request.

An optional relay (changeover contact, 230 VAC, 6 A) enables additional switching functions for alarms or control systems.

The power supply is flexible, supporting 15–32 VDC (two-wire) and 24 VAC/DC (±10% without galvanic isolation).
