Opis izdelka
The PYROS 650 temperature calibrator is a high-performance dry block calibrator designed for accurate and reliable temperature calibration applications. It operates within a temperature range from 15 °C above ambient temperature up to 650 °C, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and laboratory calibration tasks.
The calibrator offers excellent performance with a stability of ±0.30 °C and an overall accuracy of ±0.50 °C, ensuring precise and repeatable calibration results. Its fast heating and cooling capabilities significantly reduce calibration time, reaching 650 °C in just 35 minutes and cooling from 650 °C down to 100 °C in approximately 60 minutes. This allows efficient calibration processes involving multiple verification points.
The PYROS 650 features a calibration well with a 26 mm diameter and 150 mm depth, designed to accommodate interchangeable reduction inserts for different probe sizes. Six standard inserts are available with hole diameters ranging from 3.2 mm to 17.5 mm, while custom diameters down to 1 mm can be supplied upon request.
An innovative ventilation system keeps the top surface temperature lower than comparable calibrators. The tangential airflow redirects heat toward the rear of the instrument while protecting thermocouple heads and compensated cable terminals from excessive heating. This design helps minimize temperature compensation errors during calibration procedures.
The unit also includes programmable temperature ramps, calibration point configuration, over-temperature protection, and RS232 communication for PC connectivity and automated calibration management.
