The SIDEPAK™ AM520 is a portable aerosol monitor designed for real-time measurement of dust, smoke, mist, and fumes in workers’ breathing zones.
The instrument uses a laser photometer and measures particle fractions such as PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM5, PM10, and diesel particulate matter (DPM).
With its OLED color display, data logging, audible and visual alarms, and compact design, the monitor is ideal for industrial environments, construction sites, mining, chemical plants, and occupational safety applications.

The SIDEPAK™ AM520 measures aerosol concentrations from 0.001 to 100 mg/m³ with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 10 μm.
Measurements are performed using a 90° light-scattering sensor with a 650 nm laser diode.
The device supports PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM5, PM10, and 0.8 μm DPM measurements through interchangeable impactors and cyclones.
The flow rate is adjustable from 0 to 1.8 l/min.
The integrated data logger stores up to 80,000 data points and supports configurable logging intervals.
Using the TrakPro™ software, measurement data can be analyzed and alarm thresholds configured individually.
The monitor features audible and visual alarm functions, a color OLED display, a USB interface, and a powerful Li-Ion battery for long operating times.
With a weight of only 0.62 kg, the instrument is ideal for portable long-term monitoring applications.
