This microprocessor-controlled high-temperature calibrator is designed for both portable and stationary use and is ideal for accurate calibration and testing of temperature measurement instruments. With a temperature range from +200 °C to +1100 °C, the device is suitable for a wide variety of industrial, laboratory, and quality assurance applications.

The calibrator enables reliable testing and calibration of thermometers, temperature sensors, and the adjustment and testing of temperature switches and thermostats. Thanks to the integrated ramp and loop functions, automated temperature cycles can be performed efficiently.

The standard RS232 interface allows computer-controlled calibrations and simplifies measurement data recording and documentation. In addition, the integrated counterflow air cooling system enables testing of short sensor probes while improving temperature stability during calibration procedures.

The unit features a vertically arranged tubular furnace with a quartz tube and ceramic metal block. An integrated fan with electronically controlled speed ensures stable temperature distribution and efficient cooling performance.

The calibrator operates at an ambient temperature of 20 °C within a temperature range of +200 °C to +1100 °C. Temperature display accuracy is ±3 °C, while display resolution is selectable between 0.01 °C and 0.1 °C. The display can also be switched between °C, °F, and Kelvin.

Temperature stability is specified at ±0.3 °C at 1000 °C. Radial temperature uniformity is ±0.4 °C at 40 mm from the bottom, while axial temperature uniformity is ±0.4 °C at 60 mm from the bottom.

The average heating rate is approximately 18 °C per minute, while the average cooling rate is approximately 6 °C per minute.

The device includes an integrated fan with electronically controlled speed and supports thermostat testing up to 12 VDC.

The vertically positioned furnace has a diameter of 45 mm and includes a quartz tube with a ceramic metal block. The block diameter is 44 mm, and the immersion depth is 275 mm.

The block and insulation lid include four bore sizes of 7 mm, 9 mm, 11 mm, and 13.5 mm. The integrated counterflow air cooling system enables calibration and testing even with short probes.

Power is supplied through 230 VAC at 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of 850 VA. The device dimensions are 450 × 170 × 330 mm.
