The TT-4000 temperature transmitter is an intelligent microprocessor-based temperature transmitter with a robust stainless steel housing designed for precise temperature measurement in industrial applications. The device comes standard with a graphical display with backlight and a unique programming button for simple on-site configuration.
The TT-4000 is ideal for accurate temperature measurement in tanks, pipelines, and hygienic process applications. Its flexible configuration options and high measurement accuracy make it suitable for industrial, food processing, pharmaceutical, and general process applications.
The transmitter supports various hygienic process connections according to EHEDG and 3A standards and is optionally available with HART protocol, Profibus PA, and ATEX Ex-ia approvals.
With its durable stainless steel construction, multilingual display, and easy operation, the TT-4000 provides a reliable and user-friendly solution for demanding temperature measurement applications.

The TT-4000 supports a sensor measuring range from -50 °C to +200 °C. Measurement accuracy is specified at 0.1%, with an optional high-accuracy version available at 0.075%.
Insertion dimensions range from 3 to 20 mm diameter with insertion lengths from 5 mm to 4 m.
Available process connections include threaded connections, hygienic connections according to EHEDG and 3A, and flanged connections.
The transmitter uses a 3-wire Pt100 sensor element according to 1/3 DIN Class B standards.
The standard output signal is 4–20 mA two-wire, with optional HART protocol or Profibus PA communication available.
Configuration can be performed directly via the integrated programming button and display without requiring a test temperature, or alternatively through HART communication.
The multilingual display includes a bar graph and backlight for easy local process monitoring.
Power supply requirements are 12–36 VDC, or 12–30 VDC for ATEX versions. Protection class is IP66.
The ambient operating temperature range is -20 °C to +70 °C. Wetted parts are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel. The electronics housing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with an optional AISI 316 version available.
Optional certifications include ATEX Ex-ia and IECEx Ex-ia explosion protection approvals.
Available accessories include various welding nipples, protection tubes, and thermowells.
