The FLUID 100 portable temperature calibrator serves as a precise temperature source and reference instrument for testing and calibrating a wide variety of temperature measuring devices. The system is especially suitable for the calibration of glass thermometers and laboratory thermometers, making it ideal for laboratory, industrial, and quality assurance applications.
Thanks to the integrated adjustable magnetic stirrer, the device provides highly uniform temperature distribution and ensures precise and repeatable calibration results. In addition, the FLUID 100 supports ramp functions, thermostat testing, and computer-controlled calibration procedures through the integrated RS232 interface.
Its compact and portable design makes the calibration bath suitable for both stationary laboratory use and mobile on-site applications. The device can also be optionally converted into a metal block temperature calibrator, providing additional flexibility for different calibration requirements.

The FLUID 100 operates within a temperature range of -12 °C to +125 °C. The temperature display accuracy is ±0.15 °C, while the display resolution can be selected between 0.01 °C and 0.1 °C. Temperature readings can be displayed in both °C and °F.
The stability of the controlled temperature is ±0.02 °C at 5 °C, enabling highly precise calibration processes. The maximum heating rate is 12 °C per minute, while the maximum cooling rate is 5 °C per minute.
Temperature uniformity at 0 °C is specified as ±0.04 °C radial and ±0.05 °C axial, ensuring highly homogeneous temperature distribution within the calibration bath.
The calibrator uses Silicone Oil 200C5 as the calibration medium. The calibration bath opening has a diameter of 54 mmand a depth of 150 mm.
Power is supplied through 230 VAC, with an optional 115 VAC version available. Power consumption is 300 VA.
The device includes an integrated RS232 interface for computer-controlled calibration procedures. The calibration bath is made of aluminum, while the outer housing is constructed from durable metal.
The calibration bath volume is approximately 400 cm³. The total weight is approximately 8 kg, and the device dimensions are 160 × 340 × 330 mm.
