The Pressure Calibrator KAL 100 is a high-precision device that combines pressure generation and pressure measurement in one system, designed for both stationary and mobile applications. It is ideal for testing and calibrating pressure sensors and low-pressure measurement devices in a simple and efficient way.
A key feature is the automatic pressure generation, where the desired pressure is digitally set and controlled via an internal control loop, ensuring fast and highly accurate pressure output—without the need for an external compressed air source. The automatic zero-point adjustment guarantees high accuracy and long-term stability.
The device offers a user-friendly menu navigation, allowing easy unit switching, calibration point setup, and measurement span configuration. The interface supports multiple languages (German, English, Italian, French, and Spanish), making it versatile for international use.
It enables the generation of positive and negative differential pressures and can be conveniently operated via an optional USB interface, allowing calibration curves and test reports to be created and transferred to a PC.
Optional features such as DKD calibration certificates, integrated measurement input and power supply for test devices, and a lithium-ion battery further enhance flexibility. A carrying bag is included, and a transport case is available for mobile use.

The device offers a wide range of measuring ranges, from 0–100 Pa up to 100 kPa, including bidirectional ranges (± pressure) for flexible applications. The measurement accuracy is up to ±0.2% FS, ensuring precise and reliable calibration results.
It features a USB interface with measurement input for test devices, allowing direct connection and evaluation. The alphanumeric display (2 × 20 characters) with backlight ensures clear readability.
The measurement input supports 0–10 V and 0–20 mA signals, with an accuracy of 0.2% FS, and provides a 24 V power supply for the device under test.
The device supports multiple unit conversions, including Pa, hPa, kPa, mbar, psi, Torr, mmHg, mmH₂O, inH₂O, and inHg, offering maximum flexibility.
The power supply ranges from 85–264 VAC (47–63 Hz), with an optional lithium-ion battery for mobile operation.
