The KATflow 100 is a compact clamp-on ultrasonic flow transmitter designed for permanent measurement on single pipelines. With its robust design and simplified configuration, it provides a cost-effective solution, making it especially suitable for large-scale projects and customized applications.
The device combines high functionality with user-friendly operation, ensuring reliable performance in industrial environments.
The measurement electronics are housed in a durable IP66-rated aluminum enclosure, which can be mounted on a wall or directly on the pipe. The unit can be powered by AC or DC, offering flexibility in installation.
Despite its simplicity, the KATflow 100 offers a wide range of input, output, and communication options, including RS485, Modbus, 4–20 mA, and open collector outputs. It is also available as a blind version (without display) with a separate programming tool, if required.
