The KATflow 150
is an advanced ultrasonic flowmeter designed for permanent installation. Its dual-channel design provides outstanding flexibility and performance, enabling either two independent flow measurements simultaneously or the use of two transducer pairs on a single pipe in challenging flow conditions.
Thanks to its modular design and wide range of transducer options, the KATflow 150 is suitable for a variety of applications – from basic water flow monitoring to thermal energy measurement and automated process control.
Műszaki leírás
The KATflow 150 covers pipe diameters from 10 mm to 6,500 mm. The sensor temperature range is –30 °C to +250 °C, with higher ranges available upon request. It comes in a robust lockable IP66 polycarbonate enclosure.
The device features a three-line LCD display with full keypad. It supports simultaneous measurement of two flows and provides up to ten input/output slots.
Process outputs include current, open-collector and relay, while communication options feature RS485, Modbus RTU, and HART®-compatible interfaces. Current inputs allow temperature, pressure and density compensation.
An internal data logger stores up to 100,000 measurement values, and optional thermal energy measurement functionality is available.
