Termékleírás

The System 400FL combines the advantages of hot/wet extractive measurement and in-situ measurement technologyin a powerful emission monitoring system. The gas sample is transported at high speed through a heated bypass line, enabling fast response times and highly accurate measurements.

Unlike conventional systems, the System 400FL operates without filters or sampling probes. Measurement is performed contact-free inside a dedicated measurement cell, significantly reducing maintenance requirements and contamination risks.

The system is based on proven OPSIS UV/FTIR DOAS technology and provides outstanding measurement performance for a wide range of emission gases. The high-resolution FTIR system operates without interference, even in the presence of water vapor and other gases. In addition, the integrated UV measurement technology delivers highly accurate results for NO, NO₂, SO₂, and Hg.

The gas sample is transported directly from the stack or process duct into the measurement cell via a heated bypass line using a fan system. A central analyzer cabinet can simultaneously operate multiple measurement cells using an optical multiplexer.

With a single System 400FL, numerous relevant emission gases can be continuously monitored, including NO, NO₂, SO₂, NH₃, CO, CO₂, HCl, HF, N₂O, CH₄, H₂O, O₂, and Hg.
