The 534FTB Series is a high-performance INLINE flow meter designed with integrated inlet and outlet piping reducers and expanders to provide exceptional immunity to upstream and downstream flow disturbances caused by elbows, valves, and pipe size changes.
Its patented technology delivers an exceptionally low end-to-end pressure drop while offering one of the fastest responses to velocity and temperature changes available in the industry. This makes the 534FTB ideal for industrial gas flow applications requiring high accuracy, fast response times, and stable process performance.
The flow meter is designed for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments and provides precise flow measurement with advanced thermal mass flow sensing technology.

The 534FTB supports a mass flow range of up to 7,016 SCFM (10,944 NCMH) depending on the selected model and calibration option.
Flow accuracy under laboratory conditions is rated at ± (1 + 2000 × A/F)%, where F = SCFM and A = flow body area (ft²). The system also provides a repeatability of 0.25% of reading.
The velocity time constant is 1 second for velocity changes at 6,000 SFPM under constant temperature conditions.
The process temperature time constant is 8 seconds for temperature changes at 6,000 SFPM under constant velocity conditions.
Temperature accuracy is rated at ± (0.5% of reading + 1 °C) for velocities above 100 SFPM.
The electronics with integrated display operate within a temperature range of −25 °C to +65 °C.
The remote aluminum display is designed for operating temperatures from −40 °C to +65 °C, while the remote polycarbonate display operates from −25 °C to +50 °C.
