DMP7 - Dew Point and Temperature Probe

The Vaisala DMP7 dew point and temperature probe is specifically designed for installations in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. It is ideally suited for applications in semiconductor manufacturing, compressed air systems, industrial drying processes, dry rooms, and shielding gas processes in metal processing.

Thanks to its compact design and short probe length, the probe can be easily integrated into difficult-to-access areas of industrial equipment. The integrated Vaisala DRYCAP® sensor ensures stable and precise dew point measurementsin the range of –70 to +80 °C Td/f with an accuracy of up to ±2 °C Td/f.

The DMP7 probe offers high resistance to condensation, oils, dust, and chemicals, making it particularly suitable for demanding industrial environments. An optional sensor purge function further improves long-term stability in chemically challenging processes.

For pressure-tight installations up to 10 bar, an optional Swagelok compression fitting is available.

The probe supports Modbus RTU communication via RS-485 and can be operated either as a standalone measurement device or together with Vaisala Indigo transmitters or the portable Indigo80 handheld display.

Using the Vaisala Insight PC software, calibration, configuration, and analysis can be performed directly. Each probe is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate and complies with EMC and RoHS standards.
