DMT345 and DMT346 - Dew Point Transmitters

The Vaisala DRYCAP® dew point transmitters DMT345 and DMT346 are specifically designed for precise humidity measurement in high-temperature industrial drying processes. Thanks to the exceptional temperature resistance of the sensors, the devices allow direct measurement in hot processes without the need for separate sampling systems or sample conditioning.

The extremely wide measurement range of the DMT345 and DMT346 enables measurements from a frost point of −40 °C up to a dew point of +100 °C at process temperatures of up to 350 °C. This makes the transmitters ideal for demanding industrial and drying process applications.

Both devices are equipped with the proven Vaisala DRYCAP® sensor, known for its high accuracy, reliability, and robustness. The sensor is resistant to condensation and highly tolerant to contamination, oil vapor, and most chemicals. In addition, the DRYCAP® sensor offers fast response time and rapid recovery after condensation exposure.

Tehnične specifikacije

The DMT345 is designed for humidity measurements at temperatures up to 180 °C. The DMT346 supports humidity measurements at temperatures up to 350 °C.

Dew point measurement accuracy is specified at ±2 °C.

The sensors are condensation resistant and include a unique automatic calibration function to ensure long-term measurement stability and accuracy.

For data communication, the transmitters provide analog outputs, RS-232/485, WLAN, and LAN interfaces. In addition, the devices support the Modbus protocol (RTU/TCP) for easy integration into industrial automation and monitoring systems.
