The Vaisala HUMICAP® HMDW110 series is designed for demanding HVAC and cleanroom applications and provides precise measurement of relative humidity, temperature, dew point, and enthalpy. The sensors are suitable for wall mounting, duct installation, and outdoor use with radiation shields.
Thanks to the proven HUMICAP® 180R sensor technology, the devices offer excellent long-term stability with minimal maintenance requirements. All sensors are supplied with a traceable calibration certificate and 3-point calibration. Optional versions are available for environments with hydrogen peroxide sterilization.

The HMDW110 series offers a measurement accuracy of ±2% RH and is designed for process temperatures from −20 °C to +80 °C. The devices provide standard outputs for relative humidity and temperature, while additional parameters such as dew point, wet bulb temperature, and enthalpy can be configured via software.
The sensors support 4–20 mA current outputs or Modbus RTU communication and allow easy on-site calibration using the Vaisala HM70 or Insight software. All models feature an IP65 rated enclosure, making them suitable for industrial environments.
