The Giussani LLP1000 is a powerful hydraulic calibration hand pump designed for the precise generation of test pressures up to 1,000 bar. The device has been specifically developed for the calibration, testing, and adjustment of pressure gauges, pressure sensors, transmitters, and manometers in industrial applications.
Thanks to its robust and compact design, the LLP1000 is ideal for mobile service applications as well as for use in laboratories and workshops. The pump operates using mineral oil or water as the pressure medium and provides reliable and stable pressure generation even in extreme high-pressure applications.
The integrated fine pressure adjustment system ensures highly accurate pressure settings during calibration and comparison measurements. In addition, the pump features a precision pressure release valve, allowing pressure values to be reduced and adjusted with maximum control.
An integrated primary/high-pressure selector enables quick pre-filling of large volumes and efficient generation of high test pressures. Reference instruments can be mounted directly on top of the pump, ensuring simple and practical operation.
The LLP1000 is particularly suitable for applications in the industrial, process, oil, gas, and instrumentation industries, where highly accurate high-pressure calibration is required.

The Giussani LLP1000 is a hydraulic calibration hand pump with a pressure range from 0 to 1,000 bar or 15,000 psi. The operating medium can be mineral oil or water.
The device features a 1/2" BSP connection for reference instruments and a high-pressure test hose with 1/4" BSP connection. The pump also includes a fine pressure regulator, a precision pressure release valve, and a primary/high-pressure selector for controlled pressure generation.
The integrated fluid reservoir has a capacity of approximately 200 cm³. The robust construction ensures reliable and leak-free operation even during extreme high-pressure applications.
The LLP1000 is suitable for the calibration and testing of high-pressure instruments, pressure switches, and industrial pressure transmitters. Optional accessories include adapter kits, carrying cases, and reference pressure gauges.
