The SIDEPAK™ AM520 is a portable, battery-powered aerosol monitor designed for the real-time measurement of dust, smoke, mist, fumes, and airborne particles in workers’ breathing zones.
The instrument uses a laser photometer and enables precise measurement of multiple particle size fractions including PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM5, PM10, and DPM.
Thanks to its OLED color display, audible and visual alarms, integrated data logger, and long battery life, the AM520 is ideal for industrial applications, construction sites, chemical plants, mining, and cleanroom monitoring.

The SIDEPAK™ AM520 measures aerosol concentrations from 0.001 to 100 mg/m³ with a particle size range of 0.1 to 10 μm.
Measurements are performed using a 90° light-scattering system with a 650 nm laser diode.
The monitor supports PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM5, PM10, and 0.8 μm DPM measurements through different impactors and cyclones.
The flow rate is adjustable from 0 to 1.8 l/min.
The integrated data logger stores up to 80,000 data points and supports logging intervals from 1 second to 60 minutes.
Using the TrakPro™ software, users can analyze data and configure custom alarm thresholds.
The device features audible and visual alarms, a color OLED display, a USB 2.0 interface, and a Li-Ion battery with more than 20 hours of operating time.
With a weight of only 0.62 kg and compact dimensions, the monitor is perfectly suited for mobile and personal monitoring applications.
