The Thermal Probe TA10C is a compact thermal flow sensor with an integrated UTA transmitter, specifically designed for accurate measurement of low flow velocities in sensitive environments.

With a shaft diameter of 10 or 18 mm and a stainless steel construction, the probe is ideal for installation in cleanrooms, such as under ceilings or on walls.

It enables measurement of standard velocity, standard volumetric flow, and totalized volume, ensuring reliable monitoring of air and gas flows.

The probe is particularly suitable for laminar flow measurement under FFUs, pharmaceutical applications, and monitoring in glove boxes.

Key advantages include high accuracy at very low flow velocities, no need for a separate transmitter, a GMP-compliant design, as well as sterilizability and integrated self-monitoring.

The measurement range is 0.2 to 1 / 2 / 20 m/s, allowing precise detection of low flow velocities.

The probe is designed for pressures up to 16 bar (1.6 MPa overpressure), making it suitable for industrial applications.

The temperature range is −10 to +80 °C, making it ideal for controlled environments such as cleanrooms.

It is suitable for air and various gases, providing high application flexibility.

An optional ATEX certification (Category 3G and 3D, Zone 2 and 22) is available for hazardous environments.

Available outputs include 4–20 mA (flow), relay output for pulse signals, and RS232 interface, enabling easy integration and configuration.
