The UF821 ultrasonic flow meter measures the flow of liquids in fully filled pipelines with diameters of up to 10,000 mm. The device is ideal for industrial applications requiring precise and reliable flow monitoring.
The UF821 can be easily configured through a USB interface and is available in both single-pipe and multi-pipe versions. In addition, the system can integrate up to 4 flanges, allowing flexible adaptation to different industrial installations.
The device features a graphic LCD display with measurement validation indicators, enabling quick and easy verification of measurement quality. The integrated display backlight with time-delay function ensures convenient operation even in low-light environments.
Equipped with a multi-variable data logger and a mathematical function generator, the UF821 offers advanced capabilities for data collection and analysis. Optional input/output modules, including analogue, digital, and temperature modules, can also be integrated.
The flow meter supports pipelines with an internal pipe diameter from 8 mm up to approximately 9,900 mm, depending on wall thickness. The supported external pipe diameter ranges from 10 mm to 10,000 mm.
The device operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C and is powered by a 10–32 V DC low-voltage power supply. Maximum power consumption is less than 12 W, while average power consumption remains below 6 W. With an IP67 protection rating, the device is reliably protected against dust and water.
