The Ultraflux UF831 flow meter uses advanced Dual-DSP technology (Digital Signal Processor) for precise echo measurement, even under difficult and demanding conditions. The device is specifically designed to provide reliable, accurate, and stable measurement results in complex industrial applications.
The UF831 offers extensive expansion capabilities and can be equipped with up to ten input/output modules. In addition, the device features a powerful data logger capable of storing up to 536,886 records, allowing long-term storage of measurement and process data.
An optional communication module enables integration into industrial systems and supports communication with most common industrial protocols, including Ethernet. This makes the UF831 ideal for modern automation and process monitoring systems.
The device supports pipelines with an internal pipe diameter from 8 mm up to approximately 9,900 mm, depending on wall thickness. The supported external pipe diameter ranges from 10 mm to 10,000 mm.
The flow meter operates within a temperature range of -10 °C to +50 °C and features a graphic LCD display with a backlight and time-delay function for convenient operation.
Power supply options include 9–36 V DC or 110–240 V AC mains power. With an IP67 protection rating, the device is reliably protected against dust and water, making it suitable for industrial environments.
