The DustTrak™ II 8530 is a stationary aerosol monitor designed for real-time measurement of dust, smoke, mist, and airborne particulates in industrial and environmental applications.

The DustTrak™ II 8530 uses a 90° light-scattering laser photometer for real-time aerosol concentration measurements.
The instrument measures concentrations from 0.001 to 400 mg/m³ with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 10 μm.
The monitor supports PM1, PM2.5, PM4 (respirable), and PM10 measurements using interchangeable impactors and inlet conditioners.
Its integrated pump operates with adjustable flow rates from 1.4 to 3.0 l/min.
The device features an integrated data logger, USB and Ethernet interfaces, STEL alarm functions, and analog alarm/data outputs for remote monitoring systems.
An integrated sheath air system protects the optics from contamination, reducing maintenance requirements and minimizing zero drift.
Optional accessories include an Auto-Zero Module, a heated sample inlet, and the DustTrak™ Environmental Enclosure 8535 for demanding outdoor applications.
