The Eggs DELTA II Vortex Flow Monitor is a compact and versatile flow monitor designed for the precise measurement of liquids and gases. Thanks to its integrated Kármán vortex technology, the device provides reliable and accurate flow monitoring, especially for applications in energy consumption control and end-of-line processes.
The unit features an easy-to-read display with orange backlight, a real-time analog flow indication, and a large unit display, ensuring convenient operation and clear readability.
With its compact design, the monitor can be easily integrated into existing systems. In addition, measured values can be converted to normal or standard conditions by setting temperature and pressure values.
For simple applications, the Eggs DELTA Pulse version without display is also available.

The Eggs DELTA II Vortex Flow Monitor is available in nominal sizes of 4 mm, 8 mm, 15 mm, and 25 mm.
The flow ranges extend from 0.4 to 133 L/min for liquids and from 7.2 to 850 L/min for gases, depending on the model size.
Connection options include R male thread (plastic), Rc female thread (metal), and NPT male thread (plastic).
Suitable measuring media include liquids such as cooling water and ultrapure water, as well as gases such as air and nitrogen.
The housing is made of durable PPS resin, providing a robust and long-lasting construction.
The operating temperature range is −10 °C to +80 °C, while the maximum operating pressure is 0.98 MPa.
Measurement accuracy is rated at ±2% of full scale for liquids and ±3% of full scale for gases.
The device is available in a non-explosion-proof IP53 version and can operate using either battery power or DC power supply.
Available output signals include analog outputs and pulse outputs for flow rate and alarm functions.
