Termékleírás
The FA(R) DI ZG40 / ZG41 / ZG42 vane wheel measuring tubes are designed for precise stationary flow measurement in hazardous industrial environments. The measuring tubes are available with internal diameters of 18.2, 25, 40, 50, 80, 100, 150, and 200 mm and feature an integrated UFA transmitter housed in a robust Ex-d explosion-proof enclosure.
The different versions are optimized for various installation requirements. The ZG40 model includes integrated inlet and outlet sections, the ZG41 version is equipped with compression fittings, and the ZG42 version features a 200 mm measuring tube with flange connections on both sides.
The probe is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability and long service life even under demanding process conditions. The device is suitable for continuous flow measurement of air, gases, gas mixtures, water, and liquids. It can also be used temporarily in particle-laden media.
An optional flow direction detection feature is available for advanced process monitoring. Signal processing and evaluation are handled directly through the integrated UFA transmitter.
Thanks to the robust Ex-d design and comprehensive ATEX approvals, these measuring tubes are ideal for hazardous areas requiring reliable and accurate flow monitoring.
