The Vaisala GMP251 is an intelligent, stand-alone CO₂ probe designed for accurate measurements in the percent range. It is ideal for bioincubators, cold storage rooms, fruit and vegetable transport, and demanding industrial applications requiring stable and precise CO₂ measurements.

With an operating temperature range of −40 to +60 °C and a measurement range of 0 to 20% CO₂, it is suitable for a wide range of environments.

The probe is based on second-generation Vaisala CARBOCAP® technology, offering exceptional stability and long-term reliability. A modern infrared light source replaces traditional lamps, ensuring an extended service life.

Thanks to full temperature and pressure compensation and an integrated temperature measurement, the GMP251 delivers highly accurate results. A heated sensor head prevents condensation, ensuring reliable measurements even in challenging conditions.

Integration is achieved via a digital RS-485 interface with support for Modbus and Vaisala industrial protocol, allowing easy integration into existing systems. The device is also supplied with a calibration certificate as standard.
