The Vaisala HMP60 humidity and temperature probe is a compact and cost-effective measurement solution for a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications. It is particularly suitable for use in incubators, glove boxes, greenhouses, fermentation chambers, and data loggers.
Thanks to its robust metal housing with IP65 protection, the probe offers high durability in demanding environments. The integrated replaceable INTERCAP® sensor allows easy sensor replacement, eliminating the need for frequent recalibration.
Due to its low power consumption, the probe is especially suitable for battery-powered applications. It also offers flexible connectivity through analog outputs and an optional RS-485 digital output with Modbus RTU.
In addition to measuring relative humidity and temperature, the device can also calculate and output important climate parameters such as dew point, wet-bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, and enthalpy.
The stainless steel housing with optional protective filters ensures reliable sensor protection even in harsh environments. Furthermore, the probe is compatible with the Insight software and the Indigo80 handheld device, allowing easy configuration and maintenance.

The probe measures relative humidity in the range of 0 to 100 %RH with a typical accuracy of ±3 %RH in the temperature range of 0 to +40 °C.
Temperature measurement is performed in the range of −40 to +60 °C with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C to ±0.6 °C.
For signal transmission, the probe provides analog voltage outputs (0–1 V, 0–2.5 V, 0–5 V, 1–5 V). Optionally, it can be equipped with a RS-485 digital output with Modbus RTU.
The device features a robust stainless steel housing with IP65 protection, as well as optional plastic, membrane, or stainless steel filters for additional sensor protection.
