The OPSIS LD500 Analyzer is the central unit of the laser diode gas monitoring system and is designed to accommodate up to four laser diode heads. Each laser head functions as a complete laser control and data acquisition system, enabling highly accurate and reliable gas analysis.

An integrated PC with LCD display controls all instrument functions and provides a user-friendly interface for operation and monitoring.

The laser diode gas analyzer enables extremely fast monitoring of a wide range of gaseous compounds. Multiple gases can be monitored simultaneously, while an integrated multiplexer allows several monitoring paths to be managed within a single system.

Typical measurable compounds include carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH₃), oxygen (O₂), hydrogen chloride (HCl), water vapor (H₂O), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), methane (CH₄), and temperature measurements.

The system is designed for applications requiring fast response times, high sensitivity, and continuous gas monitoringin industrial and environmental environments.

The system features a central analyzer unit with a 6.4-inch LCD monitor and integrated keyboard.

An integrated PC system controls the analyzer and supports up to four laser modules.

The analyzer includes an external modem for communication and remote connectivity.

Communication interfaces include:
4 × RS232 ports, a CC202L communication card, and a USB connection.

The integrated multiplexer allows multiple monitoring paths to be operated simultaneously.

The system supports continuous monitoring of gases such as:
CO, CO₂, HF, NH₃, O₂, HCl, H₂O, H₂S, CH₄, as well as temperature.
