504FTB - Inline Thermal Mass Flow Meter

Termékleírás

The 504FTB Series is based on the proven Kurz MFTB technology and is specifically designed for applications where pipe diameter and flow profile variations are not a critical concern.

The series includes 10 different models and supports flow rates up to 1000 SCFM for inline pipe sizes ranging from ½" to 4".

The 504FTB inline thermal mass flow meter is suitable for applications ranging from vacuum service up to 300 PSIGand includes all the advantages of Kurz constant temperature thermal flow measurement technology.

The system delivers exceptional repeatability, measurement accuracy, and reliability. In addition, the flow meter provides one of the fastest responses to velocity and temperature changes available in the industry.

With its high turndown ratio and low flow noise, the 504FTB is ideal for industrial gas flow measurement applications with varying operating conditions.

The integrated self-monitoring electronics continuously verify sensor wiring integrity and measurement accuracy, improving operational reliability and safety.

The sensors are designed to prevent overheating at zero flow by using a unique constant temperature control method combined with a power-limiting design.

In addition, the 504FTB features sensor lead length independent circuitry, ensuring stable and accurate measurements regardless of cable length.
