Termékleírás
The PMT® 8506-30 Handheld Particle Counter is a portable and reliable device designed for measuring airborne particles in an extended size range of 0.5 to 75 µm at a constant flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 L/min). It is ideal for applications requiring accurate air cleanliness monitoring, especially in cleanrooms and controlled production environments.
The device features user-friendly operation and supports up to 6 customizable particle size channels. At the same time, it records environmental parameters such as temperature and relative humidity, enabling a comprehensive real-time analysis of air quality.
Measurement results can be displayed directly on the screen, printed, saved to a USB drive, or exported via software, ensuring efficient documentation and traceability.
A key advantage is the support for standardized reporting according to ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1, and FS 209E, making it suitable for regulated environments. In addition, remote control and monitoring via a web browserallow seamless integration into existing systems.
The integrated mass concentration mode (µg/m³) enables accurate estimation of particle density, while the pulse height analyzer ensures precise particle counting and compliance with regulatory standards.
All PMT particle counters comply with ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 calibration standards, ensuring maximum accuracy and reliability.
