The KATflow 150 is an advanced ultrasonic flow meter designed for permanent installation. With its dual-channel configuration, it offers maximum flexibility and performance, allowing either two independent measurements simultaneously or the use of two sensor channels on a single pipe to ensure reliable results even under non-ideal flow conditions.
Thanks to its modular design and wide range of sensor options, the KATflow 150 is suitable for a broad spectrum of applications – from simple water consumption monitoring to energy flow measurement and automated process control.

The flow meter supports pipe diameters from 10 mm to 6,500 mm, covering a wide range of industrial applications.
The sensor temperature range extends from –30°C to +250°C, with higher temperatures available on request.
The device is housed in a robust, lockable IP66-rated polycarbonate enclosure, ensuring durability and protection in industrial environments.
It features a three-line LCD display with keypad for intuitive operation.
The system allows simultaneous measurement of two flows and provides up to ten configurable input/output slots.
Available process outputs include current output, open collector, and relay, while communication interfaces support RS485, Modbus RTU, and HART® compatibility.
Additional current inputs enable temperature, pressure, and density compensation for enhanced measurement accuracy.
An internal data logger stores up to 100,000 measurement values, and an optional heat energy (thermal energy) measurement function is available.
