The KATflow 230 ultrasonic flow meter combines advanced functionality with high mobility, making it ideal for applications that require comprehensive measurement capabilities and flexible deployment. Its dual-channel designallows either the simultaneous monitoring of two pipelines or improved measurement accuracy under challenging conditions.
Thanks to its versatility, the device offers a wide range of configuration options, enabling users to adapt it to various industrial requirements.
A variety of process outputs such as current, relay, and open collector allows the KATflow 230 to be used as a temporary replacement for installed flow meters, for example during calibration or maintenance. In addition, the integrated PT100 inputs enable temperature-compensated flow measurement and even complete energy measurement (heat quantity calculation).
Functionality can be further extended with an optional expansion module, providing additional process inputs and outputs, enabling features such as dual-channel energy measurement or alternative communication options like Modbus.
