The System 400CS (Cross-Stack) is a cost-effective and high-performance monitoring system specifically developed for applications such as power plants, waste incineration facilities, and waste-to-energy plants. The system is based on advanced FTIR technology (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) and/or DOAS technology (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy) and enables the continuous real-time monitoring of multiple gas components.
By combining these technologies, different emissions can be measured and analyzed simultaneously. This makes the system ideal for industrial applications where reliable and precise emission monitoring is required.
The system is available in several configurations. The 400BASIC version is designed for measuring sulfur dioxide (SO₂), nitric oxide (NO), and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂). The 400EXT model additionally includes carbon monoxide (CO) and water vapor (H₂O). The 400WASTE version, specifically developed for waste-to-energy plants, also enables the measurement of hydrogen chloride (HCl).
The system provides comprehensive functions for data storage and remote monitoring. All measurement data is stored directly within the analyzer and automatically backed up via the integrated weblogger. In addition, automatic data transfer to FTP servers is supported. Through an internet connection, the system can be monitored and controlled remotely. Automatic alarm functions provide early warnings in the event of deviations or faults. Optional report generation software is also available.
Thanks to its robust system architecture, the System 400CS ensures high measurement accuracy, long-term stability, and reliable continuous operation, even under demanding industrial conditions.
