The Vortex Flow Tube ExactFlow II is a high-precision vortex flow tube specifically designed for test bench applications such as engine intake air, turbocharger, valve, and filter testing.
Thanks to the integrated UVATP transmitter, it enables accurate calculation of gas mass flow based on volumetric flow, pressure, and temperature.
It is available in various pipe diameters (50–200 mm) and features a robust design with clamp ring or chain connections, allowing easy and flexible installation.
Compliance with e-CFR Part 1065 makes it ideal for emissions and test bench measurements.

The measurement range is 4 to 4520 m³/h or 5 to 5420 kg/h, covering a wide range of applications.
The system is designed for pressures up to 1.2 bar (120 kPa overpressure), making it suitable for test environments.
The temperature range is −20 to +80 °C, ensuring stable performance under typical test conditions.
It measures gas mass flow, standard volumetric flow, actual volumetric flow, pressure, and temperature, enabling comprehensive analysis.
The IP65-rated housing ensures reliable operation in industrial environments.
Available outputs include two 4–20 mA analog signals (for fast response and high accuracy) as well as mass pulse or limit signals, allowing flexible integration.
Configuration is done via an RS232 interface with UCOM VTP software, enabling easy setup and parameterization.
