The Vortex Probe VA40 ZG8 Ex-d ATEX is a robust vortex sensor with an integrated UVA transmitter in an explosion-proof (Ex-d) housing, designed for accurate flow measurement in hazardous environments.
With a 40 mm probe head diagonal and construction materials such as stainless steel, Hastelloy, and titanium, the probe offers high corrosion resistance and durability.
It is suitable for stationary measurement of flow velocity and volumetric flow in clean gases as well as gases containing condensate and particles, making it ideal for industrial and process applications.
The probe supports 4–20 mA output (flow proportional), pulse/limit signals, and HART communication, enabling advanced configuration and integration.
