The Series 4000 pressure transmitter is a high-precision, corrosion-resistant stainless steel transmitter designed for reliable vacuum and pressure measurement of liquids, gases, and vapors. With its flush diaphragm, it is perfectly suited for applications in industrial processes, chemical plants, food and beverage production, water and wastewater treatment, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Equipped with advanced microprocessor technology, the transmitter can be configured quickly and easily using the unique programming button and the graphical backlit display – without the need for test pressure. An optional local indicator ensures even greater readability directly on site.

Technical Specification
The Series 4000 pressure transmitter has a measuring range of 0.1 to 100 bar and an accuracy of 0.075% of the set span. It is designed for process temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +80 °C and ambient temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +70 °C. Process connections include 1" BSP, pulp and paper connections with a flush diaphragm, and all common thread variants.
The standard output signal is 4–20 mA (2-wire), with optional HART protocol or Profibus PA. The transmitter can be operated conveniently via the display and programming buttons or optionally via HART. The multilingual display shows a bar graph, the current process temperature, and has a backlight.
The robust housing is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (optional AISI 316 stainless steel), and the wetted parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. The diaphragm is also available in Hastelloy C or gold-plated. The transmitter is IP66-protected (IP68 optional) and approved for ATEX Ex-ia and IECEx Ex-ia (T5/T6 optional).
