The PMT® 9301P PoE Remote Particle Counter
measures within a range of 0.3 to 25.0 μm at a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM). It supports up to 6 particle size channels (optionally up to 30) and comes with an integrated vacuum pump and HEPA filter, eliminating the need for an external vacuum source.
Integration into building monitoring or automation systems is seamless via MODBUS™ TCP/IP over Ethernet or WiFi (802.11 b/g). With LED indicators, an alarm LED ring, and an optional temperature and humidity sensor, it is perfectly suited for cleanroom monitoring.
Its lightweight stainless-steel housing, long-life laser diode, and compliance with ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 ensure accuracy and reliability.

The 9301P is factory-calibrated at 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, and 10.0 μm and supports up to 6 channels (optional 30). Its counting efficiency is 50% at 0.3 μm and 100% for particles >0.45 μm. It operates at a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM) with a long-life laser diode.
Alarm functions include channel alarms for raw counts, concentrations, or mass. An integrated vacuum pump with HEPA filter ensures stable flow. The alarm LED ring and optional temperature and humidity sensor provide advanced monitoring.
The unit measures 9.1 × 4.5 × 12.3 cm, has a lightweight stainless-steel housing, and ships with IMS software and calibration certificate. The warranty is 5 years, with 1 year coverage for the vacuum pump.
