The PMT® 0.1 µm Airborne Particle Counter A010 is a portable, high-performance device for continuous air quality monitoring in cleanrooms and sensitive environments, capable of detecting particles as small as 0.1 µm and compliant with ISO and Fed-Std standards.
It features six measurement channels (0.1–1.0 µm) and an airflow rate of 10 L/min, providing accurate real-time particle data. An 8-inch touchscreen and 3 GB internal memory support clear visualization, data storage, and automatic report generation.
With a weight of about 6 kg (without battery), the device is robust and highly portable. Its user-friendly interfaceallows customizable sampling plans and simultaneous display of key measurement information.
The system meets ISO 21501-4 standards with a counting efficiency of 50% at 0.1 µm and 100% above 0.15 µm. A high-efficiency HEPA filter (>99.999%) ensures clean exhaust air.
It offers multiple communication options (RJ45, USB, optional Wi-Fi), operates at 5–35 °C and 5–90% humidity, and includes advanced security features, multi-level access, and audit trails to guarantee data integrity and reliability.

It achieves a counting efficiency of 50% ±20% at 0.1 µm and 100% ±10% at 0.15 µm, complying with ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 standards.
The system supports a concentration limit of 4,000,000 particles/ft³, with a zero count of less than 1 per 5 minutes, and uses an internal HEPA filter (>99.999% at 0.1 µm) for clean exhaust air. It allows up to 1000 sampling cycles at one location and offers a sampling time range from 1 second to 168 hours, powered by a long-life laser source.
For data management, the instrument provides 3 GB internal memory for up to 5,000,000 records, displayed on an 8-inch LCD touchscreen. It complies with 21 CFR Part 11 for data reliability and supports ISO/Fed-Std compliant reporting. Annual calibration is recommended.
The unit measures 255 × 200 × 264 mm, weighs 6.0 kg without battery and 7.0 kg with batteries, and features a durable 316L stainless steel housing. It operates on AC 100–240 V or a 10.8 V / 9000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery.
It is designed for use at 5–35 °C and 5–90% relative humidity, with storage conditions of 0–40 °C and 5–95% humidity. The product includes a 12-month warranty and a 10-year laser warranty, ensuring long-term reliability.
