The Absolute Pressure Transmitter AD 1000 is a high-precision device designed for reliable measurement of absolute pressure in closed systems. With its high accuracy and long-term stability, it is ideal for industrial applications where precise pressure monitoring is essential.
A key feature is the evacuated measuring cell made of elastic copper, which enables contactless inductive measurement. This design ensures low zero drift, minimal hysteresis, and low temperature dependency. The transmitter provides an electrical output signal proportional to the absolute pressure, allowing easy signal processing.
The altitude adjustment to the installation site ensures accurate measurements under varying environmental conditions. In addition, the device offers various measuring ranges, output signals, and supply voltages, making it highly flexible. An optional display and calibration capability further enhance its usability.
Technical Specification
The transmitter covers measuring ranges from 0 up to 120 kPa, including specific ranges such as 80–120 kPa and 90–110 kPa, providing flexibility for different applications. The measurement accuracy is ±1% FS, with a reference accuracy of ±0.5 hPa relative to sea level (NN).
Available output signals include 0–10 V, 0–20 mA, and 4–20 mA, enabling easy integration into existing systems. An optional 3½-digit LC display allows direct on-site reading of measured values.
With a protection rating of IP54, the device is protected against dust and splashing water. The altitude compensation (0–850 m above sea level) ensures precise adjustment to the installation environment.
The power supply is flexible, supporting 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 115 VAC, and 230 VAC, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Additional options such as factory or DKD calibration certificates and an integrated display provide further customization possibilities.
