The PDT102 is a high-precision differential pressure transmitter, specifically designed for life science applications and high-tech cleanrooms. Thanks to its robust MEMS silicon sensor technology, it delivers high accuracy, stability, and long-term reliability. The device allows for on-site system calibration as well as online monitoring, without interfering with the pressure lines. Technical Specification

The PDT102 features high-performance MEMS silicon sensor technology, utilizing an ultra-thin, micromachined diaphragm to ensure excellent repeatability and long-term stability. Measurement accuracy is available at ±0.25% or ±0.50% of full scale, making it ideal for critical cleanroom monitoring applications.

The device includes a NIST-traceable 9-point calibration with certificate, ensuring maximum measurement reliability and traceability. Additionally, the front panel allows for easy adjustment of zero and span. Optional actuators for process valves and test ports are available, enabling flexible system integration and simplified maintenance.
