Product Description

The ZSR25 ZG1/ZG2 Vane Probe is a cylindrical insertion probe with a 25 mm diameter, designed for accurate measurement of flow velocity and volumetric flow.

A key feature is the ± flow direction detection, allowing reliable determination of flow direction and behavior.

The probe is available in aluminum, stainless steel, or titanium and is temperature-resistant up to +240 °C, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

It is designed for stationary measurements in gases and liquids and can also be used temporarily in contaminated media. Thanks to its extendable design, it is well suited for large pipes and free-flow applications.

Technical Specification

The measurement range is 0.4 to 120 m/s in gases and 0.04 to 10 m/s in liquids, covering a wide range of applications.

The probe is designed for pressures up to 6 bar (600 kPa), making it suitable for industrial processes.

The medium temperature range is −40 to +260 °C, allowing operation under extreme conditions.

It measures flow velocity, volumetric flow, and flow direction, enabling comprehensive process analysis.

With an IP65 protection rating (cable side), it ensures reliable operation in harsh environments.

An optional ATEX certification (Category 2G, Zone 1) is available for hazardous areas.

Available outputs include v/FA and v/FAR, allowing flexible integration into measurement systems.
