The Vaisala DMP6 dew point probe is specifically designed for precise humidity measurements at very high temperatures up to +350 °C. It enables direct dew point measurements without additional cooling or sampling systems, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
Typical applications include drying systems, high-temperature furnace processes, and the chemical industry. Thanks to its passive cooling system, process heat is effectively dissipated, protecting the sensor and ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
The integrated Vaisala DRYCAP® sensor provides stable and precise measurement results even under extreme process conditions. The probe measures dew points from –25 to +100 °C Td/f with an accuracy of up to ±2 °C Td/f.
Additionally, the DMP6 is condensation resistant, chemical resistant, and equipped with a sensor purge function, ensuring excellent long-term stability even in aggressive industrial environments.
The robust cooling system made of stainless steel and aluminum operates without moving parts and without external power, which further increases operational reliability and durability.
For system integration, the probe offers Modbus RTU communication via RS-485 and is fully compatible with Vaisala Indigo transmitters and Vaisala Insight software for configuration, calibration, and analysis. A traceable calibration certificate is included as standard.
