The PMT® 8506 Handheld Particle Counter is a portable high-precision instrument designed for measuring airborne particle concentrations in the range of 0.5 to 25.0 µm at a constant flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 L/min). It provides a reliable solution for monitoring air cleanliness in controlled environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production areas.

The device offers user-friendly operation and allows selection of up to 6 customizable particle size channels. At the same time, it records temperature and relative humidity, enabling a comprehensive analysis of air quality conditions.

Measurement results can be viewed directly on the display, printed, saved to a USB drive, or exported via dedicated software, ensuring efficient documentation and long-term data storage.

A key feature is the support for report generation according to ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1, and FS 209E, making the device suitable for regulated environments. Additionally, it enables remote control and monitoring via a web browser, allowing seamless integration into existing quality assurance systems.

The integrated mass concentration mode (µg/m³) provides additional insight into particle density, while the pulse height analyzer ensures high measurement accuracy and compliance with standards.

All PMT particle counters comply with ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 calibration standards, guaranteeing maximum precision and reliability.
