The Ultra OVAL Type S series consists of highly accurate positive displacement flowmeters designed for a wide range of applications including water, petroleum, solvents, and chemical liquids. The system enables precise measurement of both instantaneous and total flow rates, which can be displayed directly on-site. In addition, an output signal is available for integration into process and automation systems.
Thanks to its high measurement accuracy and robust construction, the Ultra OVAL series is ideal for industrial applications and demanding process automation tasks.
The specially designed measuring chamber has almost no retention areas, making the device suitable for a variety of liquids, including sensitive and chemical fluids.
An optional battery-powered model is available with a replaceable battery. The system also offers low pressure loss and high durability, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
Parameters can be configured and flow data can be monitored through the communication module.

The Ultra OVAL Type S series is available for nominal pipe sizes from 10 to 50 mm as well as 20 to 50 mm.
The operating temperature range extends from −10 °C to +120 °C. Depending on the model, temperature ranges of +120 °C to +260 °C and −60 °C to +60 °C are also available.
The maximum operating pressure is 2.94 MPa, depending on the connection standard used.
Measurement accuracy is rated within ±0.5% of reading, with an optional high-precision version offering ±0.2% of reading.
The device provides instantaneous and total flow indication, an output signal for automation systems, and a communication function for parameter setting and monitoring.
In addition, the Ultra OVAL Type S series features low pressure loss, high durability, and an optional battery-powered operation for flexible installation and use.
