The thermal measuring tube TA Di with integrated U10b transmitter enables precise measurement of gas and compressed air flow rates across various applications. With the optional WiFi interface, the device can be easily configured and monitored via a web interface.
It is suitable for a wide range of gases and can also be used in hazardous areas (ATEX Category 3G/3D, Zone 2/22). A key advantage is that no recalibration is required when switching gases, as the corresponding gas characteristic curves are already stored in the device.
The robust stainless steel probe, temperature resistance from -10 to +140 °C, and pressure resistance up to 16 barmake it ideal for use in industrial applications, leak detection, and process monitoring.
Technical Specification
The device covers a wide measuring range from 0.6 to 12,350 l/min or 0.04 to 741 m³/h and supports gases such as air, nitrogen, methane, argon, and hydrogen. The medium temperature ranges from -10 to +140 °C, while the pressure resistance is up to 16 bar / 1.6 MPa.
It measures and displays standard volumetric flow, mass flow, totalized volume, flow velocity, and temperature. With the optional M-Bus, centralized access to measurement data is possible.
For signal output, the device provides 2 freely configurable 4–20 mA analog outputs, a relay for pulse output, and optional WiFi and M-Bus interfaces. The enclosure meets IP65 protection rating, ensuring protection against dust and water jets.
